We were looking for a photographer who captures genuine emotion, and we could see that this was clearly Tomas's gift from his previous wedding albums. I cannot express how happy my husband and I were with our engagement and wedding photos! Tomas truly captured all the joyous and special moments among our loved ones on our big day. We are able to relive all the feelings of love, excitement, and gratitude from our wedding day by looking through the incredible photos that Tomas took. He is not only a true artist with a talented eye for lighting, composition, and framing but also a genuinely sincere and thoughtful human being who is an absolute delight to work with. He truly made all of our guests and wedding party laugh and felt at ease throughout the wedding night. He clearly put in 110% effort on our wedding day to ensure that we get the best possible photos. Tomas is such a professional and was able to catch the most beautiful elements of our big day. The emotions, the colors, the drama captured in these photos are exactly what we were looking for. From the first meeting, he was such a friendly, caring, attentive person that we instantly became friends. We planned our wedding very quickly (2 months) and there was nothing compromised on quality. I have really been looking forward to writing this review. From the first time I and my husband met Tomas, we knew that we had found the perfect photographer. He was extremely professional, very accommodating, and understood the exact vision we had for our wedding day. We booked him a year in advance and greatly appreciated him keeping in contact with us the entire year leading up to our big day! We appreciated the fact he continuously checked in on us before the wedding and after. Let me get to it, the big day! He came in right on time with all his beautiful equipment, great big smile, and had the best personality. From the moment he started, till the very end, he was taking endless photos and guiding us every step. We felt so comfortable with him like we could just be ourselves. Also, I don't want to forget about his assistant who was amazing and perfect to have. As Tomas was making sure to capture all the beautiful moments, his assistant continuously helped make sure every detail was perfect! They were such a great team together. I truly hope they know how much they completed our special day. Tomas has a one of a kind eye, the way he shoots his work is just impeccable. Now time to talk about our wedding gallery! We received them with a beautiful setup. He put together an amazing assortment for us to choose from. We could tell that each photo he placed in our gallery was specially chosen. I have to say anyone that is able to experience his work is so lucky. I was beyond blown away! He captured every single moment of our day BEAUTIFULLY. His work is truly just...Amazing.

Tomas is creative, kind, passionate, and hard-working. We loved getting to know him as a person as well. He was gentle in his direction on our special day, letting me know to tilt my head or change my hand position. This made for the most incredible photos. I love them all. I was in shock. How is it possible to like ALL of your wedding photos? I never heard of a dream situation like mine. Oh ya, he also got them to us so quickly.. the online gallery made it easy to share with family who ached for photos. We are so blessed to have found him. He sees the special moments as well as capturing essential elements like lighting, textures, and unique sentiments that most people miss. He caught every detail which means the world to a bride like me as I put my heart and soul into making this a dream a reality. I could write an essay about how exceptionally creative and professional Tomas is. ENGAGEMENT SHOOT We had an idea of what we wanted our engagement shoot to be and Tomas took his time to location scout and help guide us in the right direction. From locations to each shot - Tomas took his time with shots to make sure all setups look exceptional. The shoot was a blast and we had so much fun sticking to our plan as well as improvising on the spot and its during these times that Tomas pulled his best work with being creative on the spot. We loved his dedication to getting each photo right and he stayed well past the agreed hours to keep shooting and getting more and more awesome shots. Our engagement shoot turned out like a magazine cover. The shots looked very natural and full of emotion. WEDDING SHOOT Tomas arrived prepared and had an excellent assistant - second photographer (highly recommended) if you plan on getting each moment and expression. All throughout the wedding, Tomas was having fun with each shot to capture the most precious of expressions and moments. COMMUNICATION, In summary, you get what you pay for and with Tomas by far exceeded our expectations all thanks to his humble charisma and the above and beyond attitude when it comes to getting each shot. Tomas communicates well with the scenery and people to pull off just the right mood according to each location and setup. My wife and I would recommend Tomas and his services to any new to be wifey and hubby. It is imperative to find the right wedding photographer as they will capture your most important life's moments and Tomas - The Big Affair Photography does just that. Tomas was simply tremendous. I talked to a lot of photographers and ended up hiring him because the quality of his portfolio pictures was top-notch, and he was straightforward going and friendly in person. I got a perfect vibe from talking to him and felt like he was going to do an excellent job for us.
I hesitantly opted for the engagement shoot, and even though I wasn't sure about it, I ended up being extremely happy with the decision. The engagement shoot was the perfect trial run for the big day, and we got to feel very comfortable around him, which made our wedding day a breeze. As soon as we got our shots back, I knew we had the right guy; they were absolutely beautiful.
Tomas' wedding day photography was even better if that is even possible. He worked tirelessly, well into the evening and captured just about everything. It was astonishing just how many great shots he got... the bridal party, our families, the ceremony, the reception, the detail shots, the candids, the dancing. He seemed to capture everything and the quality was jaw-dropping. I am assuredly biased but, the best shots were of myself and my bride... they will truly be treasured forever.
